Marks the second acquisition for Whalar, following its previous acquisition of C Talent back in ‘22, and the first since taking investment from Guggenheim Brothers Media in September ‘24.
Txtify 📱, a provider of mobile-first lead generation through customized microsites and surveys, was acquired by Constant Contact ☎️, a digital marketing and automation platform.
Marks the first acquisition by Constant Contact since Clearlake took over the business in February ‘24 (expect more to come).

Case Status ⚖️, an AI-powered client engagement and marketing platform for law firms, raised a $20M Series B led by Grayhawk Capital and Topmark Partners, with additional participation from BIP Ventures and Front Porch Ventures.
