Social Garden is a part of the New Home Network, a portfolio of companies helmed by the same founding team.

Podads 🎤, one of Denmark's leading podcast agencies and advertising platforms, was acquired by Podimo🎙️, Europe's fastest growing podcast and audiobook subscription service.

SPCSHP 🚀, a digital creative agency, was acquired by MSQ Ⓜ️, a next-gen creative, technology, and media company.

Adrecord 📳, an affiliate and influencer marketing platform, was acquired by Adtraction 📶, a platform connecting brands with a diverse range of marketing partners.

Authentique Marketing Agency 🧑‍🦱, an integrated agency with deep general market and multicultural experience, was acquired by WHTWRKS 🔠, a marketing strategy, content production, and experiential event agency.

Tranzact 🫴, a direct-to-consumer insurance services sales and marketing company, was acquired by GTCR 🟢& Recognize Partners 🔵, two (very large) private equity firms.

Zitcha 🏪, a unified retail media platform, raised $10M from VMG Partners, which I learned stands for Velocity Made Good and is in fact a sailing term…
